The 2009 Graduate and Student Papers Competition Final was an evening of lively debate as the top three regional engineers of the future battled it out to claim over �2000 in cash and top prizes by Thomas Telford Training and Thomas Telford Publications. The competition rewards innovative ideas that are exceptionally well written and discussed.
