This revolutionary technology has been simplified to be accessible by anyone and ICE offers you the opportunity to harness a much wider scope of member services wherever you are. Listed below are all of the 'open' events that can be accessed using the ICE's online conferencing software from interwise (now AT&T). If this is your first time using the system or if logging in from behind a company firewall you need to prepare your computer to use this online conferencing, please follow the instructions below. If you can not make these timings you can click the Getting Ready tab to download the software in preperation of a live event. Do read the IE8 message.
Recorded Events: You can use the Recorded Events tab below to search for events. You can use parts of the title if you know it, however please be aware the Date and Time refers to when the event is removed not when it took place. Another method is to access the Spreadsheet (left) under Recordings which also include a linked description. New User: If this is your first time using the software then to listen to a recording you may need the required push server functions. This can be achieved by logging into our daily live 'test' event (below) first, before accessing your selected recording. Click within the appropriate time and when in the event, as shown by screenshot left, close and then come back to this window, reboot, find your recording and press playback once more. Thank you.

Getting Ready & Testing Your Connection: Click the Getting Ready tab below and download the application before your event. Click Setup and follow the onscreen instructions. You can test your download and any potential firewall issues by accessing the trial event above.
Still having problems: You may have an older version of AT&T (or interwise) that is not compatible with the live or recorded event. Follow Getting Ready instructions above. AT&T currently only works with Firefox v2.0 and v3.0. and is not compatible with Apple Mac in the VOIP mode hence you can not use them for live or recorded events from this page. Instructions to join a live event:
1. Find the event you wish to join under Upcoming Live Events tab
2. Confirm that the action for the event shows 'Enter', not 'Future'. (If it shows Future, please wait until 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time and refresh your browser).
3. Online events always have a lead in time, for an accurate theatre start time click the event title.
4. Click on the 'Enter' link and follow on screen instructions.
5. It is advisable to enter the event a good 15 minutes before the start, as large presentations can take a while to download and you may miss the early slides if arriving late.
