This is the Portal page of the Offshore Engineering Society (OES). You can access documents and online meetings from this portal. By clicking Recorded Events you can listen to past lectures and even access powerpoints and associated documents.
Recorded Events: You can use the Recorded Events tab below to search for events held over the last year, however the date and times do not always correspond and refer to when the event is removed not when it took place. If you have problems downloading you may need the required push server functions. This can be achieved by logging into our daily live 'test' event below. Click within the appropriate time (9.00 to 21.00hrs daily) and when in the event, close it and then come back to this window, reboot, find your recording and press playback once more.

Getting Ready & Testing Your Connection: Click the Getting Ready tab below and download the application before your event. Click Setup and follow the onscreen instructions. You can test your download and any potential firewall issues by accessing one of the trial events above.
IE8 Users: Some properties used by Internet Explorer 8 are not compatible with the application provided from this portal site. For IE8 users please downlaod the application by clicking http://www.uc.att.com/support/download_attc_participant.html and following the online instructions. You can find out if you use IE8 by opening a browser click Help (next to Tools) then About Internet Explorer. Thank you.
AT&T currently only works with Firefox v2.0 and v3.0. and is not compatible with Apple Mac although AT&T are confidant of a working system shortly. ICE will keep you updated of progress through this site. Any queries contact richard.armstrong@ice.org.uk Tel 0207 665 2411.
Instructions to join a live event:
1. Find the event you wish to join under Upcoming Live Events tab
2. Confirm that the action for the event shows 'Enter', not 'Future'. (If it shows Future, please wait until 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time and refresh your browser)
3. Click on the 'Enter' link and follow on screen instructions.
4. It is advisable to enter the event a good 15 minutes before the start, as large presentations can take a while to download and you may miss the early slides if arriving late.
